UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician II (PCA II) to support licensed staff in a patient‑care unit. You will provide timely observations, assist with daily living tasks, monitor patient safety, and help with treatments and specimen collection as directed by RNs and practitioners.
We require a high school diploma or GED, BLS within 30 days, English communication skills, basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology; you must stay calm under pressure.
