Operator – No Experience Needed

Location:

Devens, MA, and Clinton, MA

Shift: 12-hour shifts 7AM-7PM or 7PM- 7AM

Hourly Pay Range:
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $19.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Full-Time | Temporary

LSA Status:
Non-Exempt

Schedule:

Week one 36 hours (3 Days), Week two 48 hours (4 Days). Two days on, Two days off, every other weekend (Friday-Sunday)

Job Summary:

Follow instructions to perform basic assembly operations and labeling of components. Operate and maintain machinery while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions in a cleanroom environment.
  • Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Use barcode scanners and small hand tools during the assembly process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours during shifts.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment assessment.
