** Job Overview:*
* JABIL is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to manually place parts on circuit boards in accordance with established workmanship standards. The Assembler will follow instructions, utilize visual aids, and ensure proper assembly and labeling of electronic components. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with room for growth, under close supervision.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Follow detailed verbal and written instructions, including visual aids

+ Perform standardized and repetitive electronic assembly operations and labeling

+ Prepare and assemble components as specified in visual aids

+ Conduct visual inspections for accurate part insertion and placement

+ Use bar code scanners and small hand tools

+ Handle and mark assemblies and components properly

+ Accurately maintain progress reports; monitor and restock parts bins

+ Work under direct supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager

+ Maintain cleanliness and order (5S) in assigned area

+ Adhere to all safety, health, and company security procedures

+ Perform other duties as assigned

* + Ability to follow and comprehend instructions and visual aids

+ Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)

+ Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and interpret graphs

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Comfortable operating a computer with Windows and related software

+ Knowledge of JABIL's software packages is a plus

+ Good communication skills-both verbal and written

+ Ability to work effectively in a team and standardized environment
