Job Role s And Responsibilities

Lead projects from contract award through project closeout

Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans

Coordinate schedules, scope, and deliverables with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance

Process and manage change orders, contracts, and project documentation

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

Lead and participate in jobsite and project coordination meetings

Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders

Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication and organization

Experience in commercial construction project management

Architectural millwork experience preferred

Strong project planning and execution skills

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration

Change order management experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

AutoCAD knowledge preferred but not required

Ability and willingness to travel as required
