Qualifications:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience with in school settings preferred, especially at the elementary level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Support district SLPs by managing assigned caseloads efficiently
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive support
