• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Experience with in school settings preferred, especially at the elementary level
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Support district SLPs by managing assigned caseloads efficiently
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive support
