University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide exceptional care for our clients in Clinton Township, MI. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Albanian to effectively communicate and support our diverse clientele. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow care plans

• Fluency in Albanian is mandatory
• Previous experience in personal care or similar role preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

• Competitive pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a week
