Responsibilities
· Learn to assemble tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges that are critical to aerospace manufacturing.
· Train in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
· Assist senior tool builders with hands-on assembly and precision measurement tasks.
· Gain experience in troubleshooting, inspecting, and ensuring accuracy in tool building.
· Collaborate with machinists and teammates to deliver high-quality results.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
· Entry-level to mid-level experience in factory, production, mechanical, or assembly work.
· Strong interest in learning a skilled trade and pursuing a long-term career path.
· Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment.
· High attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.
