Customer Support Representative

• Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forward to other appropriate staff.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Daily travel to United States Post Office to collect and deliver mail; process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department or teammate.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Less than 10%.
