Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Clinton, MS
.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
How You Will Contribute- Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forward it to other appropriate staff.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Daily travel to United States Post Office to collect and deliver mail.
- Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department or teammate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Travel Requirements:
Less than 10%.
