Candidates must possess at least 6 years of journey- or technician-level electrical or construction craft experience, ideally with a blend of open shop or union exposure. You need more than 3 years of successful vocational teaching experience and the ability to obtain an NCCER Instructor Certification. strong computer literacy is essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual tools like Teams or Zoom.

- Teach advanced craft theory, power distribution, transformers, and industrial troubleshooting across project sites.
- Travel 70% or more Monday through Friday to various U.S. project locations, returning home on weekends.
- Oversee apprentice enrollment, application processing, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and regulatory accreditation compliance.
- Provide curriculum leadership, enhance instructional strategies, and mentor less experienced instructors.
