About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Aesthetician & Skincare Specialist to join their luxury spa in George . This role requires a passion for skin health, advanced treatment knowledge, and the ability to lead a team of estheticians. You will be responsible for delivering bespoke facial treatments, consultations, and personalized skincare plans to a discerning clientele. As a lead, you will also play a key role in training junior staff, managing treatment protocols, and contributing to the overall excellence of the spa's services.
This is an exciting chance to shape the skincare offerings in a beautiful George setting.
- Perform a wide array of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment and homecare recommendations for clients.
- Administer specialized treatments such as LED therapy, chemical peels, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques.
- Train and mentor junior aestheticians, ensuring adherence to quality standards and treatment protocols.
- Manage skincare product inventory, recommend appropriate retail products, and assist with sales.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in the skincare and aesthetic industry.
- Professional qualification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience as an Aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in various skin types, conditions, and advanced treatment modalities.
- Exceptional client consultation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using modern aesthetic equipment and technologies.
