Driver, Hotel Front Desk, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. • Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally
• Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy
• Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
• Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
• Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage

• 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
• This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED
• Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license

Our hotel is off I-55 and Highway 51, in Jackson's business district. A variety of shops and restaurants are within a half-mile, and we’re nine miles from downtown Jackson. The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum are less than 15 minutes away.
