About the Role
Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in George . This role involves partnering with businesses across various sectors to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.
This hybrid position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing for a dynamic work-life balance while serving clients in the Western Cape and surrounding regions.
- Manage client relationships, identifying staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing feedback and managing expectations.
- Negotiate employment offers and ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to advise clients effectively.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar sales/client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and Linked In Recruiter is preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote workdays.
