Overview
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position starting ASAP. Part of a stable, community-oriented group with 8 providers.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $280,000+ per annum
- Annual Bonus: $40,000
- Sign‑On Bonus available
- $75,000 NHSC loan repayment
- Paid malpractice and tail coverage
- Wide case mix:
Urology, General Surgery, ENT, OBGYN, Interventional Radiology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics - CRNAs not required to perform pediatrics
- Independent practice – each CRNA manages their own room
- 1:9 call rotation
- 6 operating rooms
- 1 Anesthesia MD + recruitment for one more
- 7 CRNAs on staff
Located in a small‑town setting with easy access to Kansas City, low cost of living, school options, recreational areas, and a 70,000 population service area.
