Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase;
Open and close the store at least two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings; ensure policy compliance;
Assist in managing merchandise including receiving, stocking, rotating, and displaying; maintain inventory accuracy;
Assist with cashiering, deposits, and financial integrity of the store; support Store Manager in absence.
