Food and Consumable associates focus on customer care and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums are based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
