Overview

As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. You’ll join a sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and winning together, with opportunities for career growth, uncapped commission and top‑tier benefits.

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team that is laser‑focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.

• Passion for technology, dedication to results, and drive to deliver unbeatable service to every customer.
• One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time, irregular schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays.
• Preferred:
  Two or more years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing, fast‑paced retail environment.

Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
