Paid 55–65 CPM Based on Experience – Paid More for Your Experience. Paid Earned Time Off – Get Paid During Home Time While Off the Road (Speak to KLLM Recruiter for Full Details). Practical Miles Used in Calculating Pay. Home Time: 7 Days Out Earns 2 Days Home‑Out. Two Weeks Then Home 4 Full Days is Typical.
