Description
SUMMARYThe Fleet Manager will coordinate with field managers and leadership to ensure fleet compliance mandated by FMCSA and manage the companies GPS tracking program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:
- Ensure fleet compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Manage our Samsara program. Ensuring gateway installed and maintained on fleet and other equipment. Monitory Samsara daily to ensure fleet and driver safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure fleet compliance and gateway health of our Samsara units.
- Conduct audits at facility locations for compliance with FMCSA driver files and equipment.
- Keep Senior Leadership informed of fleet and Samsara compliance.
- Provide weekly report to operations regarding fleet and driver compliance.
- Be proficient in the use of Word, Power Point and Excel computer programs, televisions, digital & single lens reflex cameras, multi-media projectors, and computers for course deliveries.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 5 years of experience dealing with FMCSA regulations.
- Knowledge working with Samsara a plus.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full-time position. This position may be required to work beyond a 40 hour work week.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSTravel is expected for this position.
