• Manage the inventory of parts and ensure all stock levels are maintained.
• Assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts for their needs.
• Process orders and shipments of parts promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the parts department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.

• Previous experience in a parts or inventory management role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• A valid driver’s licence and the ability to lift heavy items.

• Knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
