Customer Experience Coordinator

Assist the location in ensuring positive customer experiences. This will be accomplished by professional and courteous phone answering, greeting customers when they come in, and guiding them to the department for support, as well as maintaining the showroom floor to ensure clean and professional appearance.

• Answering phones, greeting customers, guiding customers to proper department
• Cleaning and maintaining showroom appearance and layout, including product brochures
• Updating and maintaining customer records and accounts in dealer business system
• Assisting with event planning and management when necessary
• Managing and maintaining store office supplies, assisting in maintaining store contract services such as cleaning, printer and trash service
• Process customer payments in dealer business system when needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Some Saturdays and occasional overtime as needed

• Work hours can be between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, unless time off is approved
• Overtime and Saturdays will be required

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
• Navigating stairs and inclines
• Travel between S&H locations
• Traverse on rock, gravel or uneven ground
• Exposure to outside elements occasionally
• Data entry
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check
