Schedule:

M-F, 8am- 5pm. This is a remote position, open to Missouri Residents only. The Project Evaluator-GLS plays a key role in evaluating the Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) Program by overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position helps transform program data and community feedback into actionable insights that support continuous improvement, demonstrate program impact, and ensure alignment with SAMHSA grant requirements.

You’ll collaborate with program teams, leadership, community partners, and other stakeholders while helping ensure the GLS Program continues to learn, grow, and effectively serve the communities it supports.

Key Responsibilities Lead the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of GLS program and performance data. Coordinate data collection and reporting activities to support SAMHSA requirements, including SPARS reporting. Partner with the GLS Project Director and program staff to evaluate program goals, outcomes, and identified disparities. Develop clear, professional evaluation reports and support required grant reporting. Use surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other evaluation methods to gather meaningful feedback from clients and stakeholders.

Develop tools to evaluate community training and other program activities. Communicate findings, outcomes, and recommendations to internal teams, leadership, community partners, and SAMHSA. Translate evaluation findings into opportunities for program and process improvement. Support additional data coordination activities within the crisis department. Protect the confidentiality and security of collected information in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Participate in occasional in-state travel and minimal out-of-state travel for required conferences and learning opportunities.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, or research-oriented field required Experience collecting, analyzing, and/or reporting process and outcome data is required Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required Experience in grant management preferred A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
