Tjoapack in Clinton, TN is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing performance. You will coordinate production trials, validate process changes, and drive sustainable improvements across the production line using Lean and Six Sigma.
You’ll develop technical documentation and standardize best practices to support compliance and continuous improvement. You will analyze OEE, downtime, and waste with Excel, Power BI, and MES to inform data-driven decisions.
