Overview
Provides a quality level of comprehensive pharmaceutical services, demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards. Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services with sound judgment and adherence to professional, departmental, and organizational standards.

- Required:
- Bachelor s of Science degree in Pharmacy
- Current Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing
- Medication Therapy Services Certification with MO Board of Pharmacy
- Desired:
- PharmD
- Three to five years of hospital experience
- Residency training
