The Pediatric Place is hiring for an Occupational Therapist Job in Clinton, MO to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team serving children and families throughout West Central Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and lifelong functional skills.

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist at The Pediatric Place, you will provide individualized therapy services designed to improve functional independence, developmental skills, and overall quality of life for children and adolescents.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to create customized treatment plans that support each child’s unique goals and developmental progress.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children ages 0–18 in clinic settings, schools, and Missouri First Steps programs, helping them improve fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual motor integration, coping skills, self-care abilities, and functional independence while collaborating closely with a supportive team of pediatric specialists.

  • Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Education

bachelor degree

Qualifications
  • Current Occupational Therapy license required
  • Passion for working with pediatric patients ages 0–18
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to family-centered and patient-centered care
  • Experience in pediatric therapy settings preferred
