This role is open to both Respiratory Therapists and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), offering flexibility and accessibility for clinicians with varying backgrounds. The opportunity to support multiple locations and patient types provides strong clinical exposure and development. This role offers a stable daytime schedule with a balance between office responsibilities and hands‑on patient care. You will work in a collaborative, team‑focused environment with minimal on‑call requirements, along with full reimbursement for mileage, parking, and toll expenses.

Kansas City, MO (travel to Clinton, MO) - Work Arrangement:
On‑site; 60% office / 40% field - Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; part time: 2 - 3 days per week. - Salary range $30 - $33 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
- On‑Call transparency Rotation every 5th week.
- Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups
- Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and upscale concerns appropriately
- Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
- Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
- Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop
- Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition
- Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs
- Performs other duties as required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active MO RT license or LPN (preferred with Respiratory experience).
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
- Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation
- Education Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program or Licensed Practical Nurses.
- Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy.
