We are seeking multiple Production Supervisors for our manufacturing plants across the U.S. We offer development opportunities and encourage relocation for career growth. Current opportunities are available in Michigan (Grand Rapids), Missouri (Carthage, Clinton, Monett, Mt. Vernon), Pennsylvania (Shippensburg), Texas (Stephenville), Utah (Logan, Smithfield), Wisconsin (Beloit, Green Bay, Richland Center, West Bend).
Additional compensation includes:
- Relocation Bonus: $10,000 plus a comprehensive relocation package for moves over 50 miles.
- Off-shift bonus up to $10,000 annually for qualifying shifts.
- Extra shift bonus when working beyond scheduled hours.
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a diverse team in a food manufacturing environment, participate in our Production Leader training, and focus on leadership, manufacturing operations, and regulatory & customer compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging and communicating with your team, providing performance feedback.
- Guiding your team to meet production goals, supporting training, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Problem-solving daily to improve efficiency, participating in capital projects, and resolving production issues.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, representing the plant during audits, and maintaining SOPs.
This role requires working nights and weekends, with schedule details provided during the interview. Opportunities for day shifts are available upon performance success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred; high school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of leadership or manufacturing experience also acceptable.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, self-accountability, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds, with physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, squatting, and twisting.
