Improve production efficiency by operating manufacturing equipment and filling production position vacancies, as directed each day by production leaders.

• Set up, start, and operate production machinery according to work instructions.
• Load raw materials or parts into machines and ensure proper alignment.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure products meet quality and production standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and remove non‑conforming items.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper speed, temperature, pressure, or alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance or supervisors.
• Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and defects.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about production status or issues.
• Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.

Work shifts will be 12 hours. Overtime may be required.
