Maintenance Technician

** Description*
* We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to safely maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment at the Clinton, MO plant.

** Shift:
** 6p-6a on the 2,2,3 schedule (train on days 6a-6p for about 2 months before moving to nights)

Pay: $22.66-$31.72 depending on experience

** Essential Duties and Tasks:*

+ Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines.

+ Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements.

+ Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.

+ Maintain complete familiarity with production and support equipment.

+ Perform project work as assigned.

+ Responsible for completing all paperwork such as work orders, parts usage sheets and misc. logs as required.

+ Know all safety requirements for Lock Out/Tag Out, Hazard Com. Std. And equipment specific safety procedures.

+ Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment.

+ Hazardous waste handline/shipping

* Skills and Abilities

* + Experience in troubleshooting electrical panels

+

Experience with 480v 3 phase systems, 24v control

+ PLC, relay logic, drive knowledge

+ Ability to read, comprehend and follow complex troubleshooting instructions and identify parts from equipment maintenance manuals.

+ Physically capable of moderate to heavy transferring of objects up to 100 pounds.

+ Must have ability to perform electrical troubleshooting on equipment.

+ Ability to access areas above head levels and work with both hands simultaneously.

+ Ability to receive, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Possess a positive attitude and be able to work without supervision in a team environment.

+ Ability to operate all plant production equipment.
