Nurse Navigator

The Nurse Navigator will coordinate efficient and quality patient care.# This role is initiated at the time surgery is scheduled and will continue through the postoperative period.# This individual is a patient advocate who serves in a highly supportive and personal manner, ensuring patients and families receive resources and services as needed.# Effective communication, organization, compassion, and the ability to provide individual attention to patients is critical to the success of this position.

Required:

MO LPN or RN license in good standing One to three years# nursing experience BLS within 30 days of hire ACLS within six months of hire Our competitive salary package is adjusted to align with the candidate#s relevant experience and skills.
