Cancer Center Nursing Assistant

The purpose of this position is to maximize the efficiency of the department by utilizing a broad set of skills and cross-training to various roles throughout the Cancer Center. This individual can be expected to work as a CNA within the Infusion Center, taking vital signs, helping patients with their meals and maintaining comfort, triaging phone calls, stocking supplies, assisting with scheduling of appointments, etc.

Effective communication, critical thinking, and ability to change roles as needed are all critical to the success of this position.

Requirements:
Active nursing assistant certification in good standing BLS at hire
