Maintenance Technician

Pro Ampac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and respond quickly to line downtime. You'll interpret technical manuals and schematics, complete work orders and documentation in a CMMS, and assist with equipment installations and upgrades.

Working in a safety-first, collaborative environment, you'll help improve reliability, support continuous improvement projects, and maintain a clean, organized maintenance area.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Respond to equipment failures and production line stoppages in a timely manner
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings
• Document maintenance activities and work orders using a CMMS or similar system
• Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
• Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Participate in continuous improvement and root-cause analysis activities
