Delivery Operations Support Analyst; Hybrid

We are seeking a Delivery Operations Support Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and work management support for utility delivery operations. This hybrid role supports safety, reliability, storm restoration, cost management, and customer service through accurate and timely work execution.

The role requires strong coordination skills, independent judgment, and the ability to support both operational and administrative functions across multiple teams.

• Support delivery operations through work management, reporting, and customer coordination
• Monitor job status, schedules, and reliability metrics
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external customers, and agencies
• Support storm restoration activities, including outage and resource tracking
• Execute customer contracts and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
• Perform audits, reconciliations, and close-out of work orders
• Verify costs, invoices, timesheets, and general ledger entries
• Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Provide administrative support to multiple managers as needed
• Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
• Flexibility to support after-hours and weekend storm restoration when needed
• Experience in utilities, operations support, or work management preferred
