  Standard solo emergency room coverage
• Patients Per Shift: Approximately 18-20 in a 12-hour shift

  Approximately 32,000
• Daily ED Volume:
  Approximately 90-100 patients
• ICU:
  Open ICU
• Team Structure:
  One physician with two mid-level providers providing split coverage
• Support Services Available:
  Anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedics, radiology
• EMR:
  Meditech 6.1
Requirements
• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (BE within 3 years of residency)
• Active North Carolina medical license required
• NC Medicaid credentialing required
• PECOS enrollment required
• Ability to supervise advanced practice providers
• Comfortable with solo emergency department coverage
