Urology Physician

Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing hospital-owned practice at an independent community hospital in Clinton, North Carolina. This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-based general urology with autonomy, strong referral support, and a lifestyle-friendly schedule in a collaborative community setting.

Clinic Schedule
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
4.5-day clinic schedule

Operating Room Access
Flexible OR access based on surgical volume and case mix

Practice Environment
Solo practice with opportunity to grow the program
Newly remodeled clinic space adjacent to the hospital
Dedicated nurse and receptionist support
Potential for APP support as practice expands
Established referral pipeline from hospital-employed primary care network
Close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams

Clinical Scope
Broad-based general urology including:
Kidney stone management
Bladder and kidney tumors
Incontinence treatment

Urinary infections
Prostate care
Opportunity to develop clinical interests aligned with community needs
