Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide standard solo Emergency Room coverage for 12-hour shifts (7A-7P)

• Work alongside 1 physician with 2 mid-level providers in split coverage arrangement

• Manage approximately 18-20 patients during a 12-hour shift

• Handle daily patient volumes of 90-100 patients with annual volume of 32,000

• Utilize Meditech 6.1 EMR system

• Access to open ICU for patient management

• Must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS

• Must maintain active North Carolina medical license

• Board certification required

• Credentialing timeframe approximately 14 days

• Hospital-owned apartments provided for housing

• Travel costs capped at $500.00

• Support services include 24-hour anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and radiology

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
