Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
By opening your home,you can make a significant difference in their life and contribute to your community.
- Provide 24-hour supervision and support for an individual with intellectual disabilities.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive home environment.
- Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to provide a safe and supportive living environment within your home.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Home is pet free
- Competitive compensation of $120per day.
