At Liberty Hospice we understand the unique needs of our patients and families facing terminal illness. That is why Liberty Hospice provides our hospice patients with state-of-the-art care and pain management services, delivered by our specially trained staff with emphasis on strength, dignity and compassion.

We Are Currently Seeking An Experienced COMMUNITY OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE Full Time (Sampson, Duplin, Wayne).

• Represent Liberty Hospice at community events, health fairs, churches and other public forums.
• Provide education and presentations regarding hospice services to community groups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations.
• Distribute promotional materials.
• Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Participate in growth meetings.
• Work closely with the hospice administrator to establish goals.
• Provide reports regarding outreach efforts to the hospice administrator.

• High School graduate or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience required
• Prior experience as a community outreach liaison preferred
• Experience in community outreach, working with diverse communications and building partnerships
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in verbal and written communication
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be available as required for duties outside of normal office hours
