• Hourly Competitive Starting Pay – 22.15/hour $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift positions

• Using a semi-tractor, move refrigerated trailers and tankers around the plant yard and some to the cold storage warehouse across from the facility.
• Perform routine light maintenance on equipment (cleanliness, pre-inspection, etc.).
• Set and monitor unit temperatures according to individual customer requests.

• Must have at least 1 year truck driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and efficiently and effectively manage time.
• Bilingual (preferred) and able to work with a diverse workforce.
• Must be able to work flexible hours; possibly to work overtime, 6 to 7 days per week during peak times, and holidays.

Plant environment will include outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.

Noise level in the work environment is usually loud when in the production area. Open and close trailers doors and seal (push and pull). Able to crawl up and down a ladder to and from semi-tractor approximately 25 times or more per hour. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms;

stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
