We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one or our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Clinton, NC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Must drive customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work. Must communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding requested and mandatory automotive repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Mandatory must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
