Salary & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #2580, 1415 Sunset Ave, Clinton, NC 28328, US

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
