Join SAS Retail Services as a Travel Merchandiser supporting leading retailers and CPG brands across your region. In this field-based role, you'll travel between stores to set and reset planograms, complete new store sets, remodels, and audits, and ensure shelves are fully stocked, signed, and visually appealing. Working independently or on small teams, you'll follow detailed instructions, use mobile apps to report work, and partner with store staff to deliver reliable, people-first service.
This role offers hands-on merchandising experience, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow into lead roles.
Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned retail locations to execute merchandising projects for SAS Retail Services clients.
- Set and reset planograms, including shelving, fixtures, and product placement to meet client standards.
- Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure on-shelf availability and accurate signage.
- Complete new store sets, remodels, audits, and continuity coverage according to project timelines.
- Use handheld devices or apps to check in, capture photos, and report completed work.
- Follow detailed written directions and planograms with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicate with store personnel, team leads, and supervisors to coordinate work and resolve issues.
- Adhere to all safety, store, and SAS Retail Services policies while working independently or with a team.
- Lift, move, and position products and fixtures, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain professional conduct that supports strong partnerships with retailers and CPG brands.
