Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Parts Sales Specialist. The Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting all customers and technicians in securing needed parts and supplies, and for achieving monthly sales and gross profit forecasts as well as soliciting parts sales.
- Work with customers, outside salespersons, and technicians to fulfill parts requirements under general supervision.
- Prepare invoices for all over‑the‑counter sales and bill parts to repair orders issued to the shops.
- Help maintain stock levels, and assist in receiving, shipping, and issuing local purchase orders for parts.
- Maintain a favorable relationship with customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner; raise any unresolved issues to the supervisor.
- Keep the customer parts area and parts warehouse neat, clean, and organized.
- Enter all lost sales into the inventory system to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow safe work practices and procedures, use required safety equipment, respond to suggestions for safer work, and seek assistance when necessary.
- Ensure proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment; report any damage to supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory‑management activities as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications- One year of automotive parts‑related work experience.
