Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday: 05:45 AM – 06:00 PM
• Sunday: 05:45 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and/or the public while carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response protocols at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and movement within the location, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, contraband concerns, and other security‑related issues through proper channels.
• Support order within a controlled environment by following post orders, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and coordinating with site personnel and/or public sector representatives when appropriate.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
