Smithfield Foods -  - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by relaying information and responding to questions or concerns from route drivers, contract growers, and farm managers via email, by telephone or in person.;
Generate master schedule by preparing and organizing work schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage.;
Monitor and adjust routes and schedules in response to traffic conditions and unforeseen events.;
Handle transportation and production issues, log all items, and coordinate with multiple departments.;
Maintain records (DVIRs, GPS tracking, departure schedules) and assist with accidents, investigations, and reports.
