Responsibilities:

• Address payroll related inquiries from employees and management
• Gather daily job site reports, input data into Excel spreadsheets, and verify entries for completeness and accuracy
• Process payroll accurately and on time each week
• Generate payroll reports for management review
• Maintain payroll software
• Process and onboard new hire information in payroll system
• Scanning and maintaining electronic filing for payroll reports and employee information
• Regularly attend safety meetings and contribute by sharing relevant safety updates, guidelines, and information to support a safe working environment on-site.
• Gather all credit card receipts, record transactions in Quick Books, and perform a thorough audit to ensure all receipts are accounted for and accurately entered
• Responsible for maintaining company compliance with all third-party regulatory and compliance entities

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience with Quick Books preferred
