Dental Hygienist

This position supports our mission by delivering direct dental care and patient support services under the supervision of a dentist.

• Deliver direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride application, and related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction and review medical history.
• Assist with charting; when necessary, take x‑rays and file into patient charts.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment, required upon hire.

• Pay range $45‑52 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
• Sign‑on or relocation bonus up to $10 k for full‑time and $5 k for part‑time.
• Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity with monthly bonuses based on office performance.

  Education:
  
  Hygienists who complete one year of employment may seek reimbursement up to $250 per year.
• Company‑provided certification training and reimbursement for eligible testing expenses (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.).
