POSITION SUMMARY

Provide administrative support for the assigned Talent & Culture department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Coordinate FMLA and employee leaves including distribution, maintaining and tracking all FMLA leaves and related records.
  • Process qualifying event benefit changes in SAP.
  • Follow up and maintain new employee benefit enrollment and dependent documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding.
  • Complete reports for Verification of Employment and I-9’s.
  • Respond and process unemployment claims.
  • Coordinate employee benefit meetings, including annual Open Enrollment meetings, 401(k) meetings, wellness meetings and Health Fair.
  • Administer employee Recognition Program and Service Awards.
  • Administer attendance warnings for all hourly employees.
  • Coordinate, schedule and track training participation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Two (2) years of Human Resources experience.
  • SAP HR systems experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with time‑sensitive and changing deadlines, without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and advanced skills with Excel.
  • Customer service skills with ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to build professional relationships while facilitating a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality about all HR matters.
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS

The duties of this position are typically performed in an office setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Primary duties performed while sitting at a desk and spending extended hours in front of a computer screen; communication typically occurs through face‑to‑face interaction, as well as via email, telephone, and written correspondence.
  • Use of other office equipment, such as copier, scanner, fax machine, etc.
