Position Summary
Provide administrative support for the assigned Talent & Culture department.
Essential Job Functions- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Coordinate FMLA and employee leaves including distribution, maintaining and tracking all FMLA leaves and related records.
- Process qualifying event benefit changes in SAP.
- Follow up and maintain new employee benefit enrollment and dependent documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and off‑boarding.
- Complete reports for Verification of Employment and I‑9s.
- Respond and process unemployment claims.
- Coordinate employee benefit meetings, including annual Open Enrollment meetings, 401(k) meetings, wellness meetings and Health Fair.
- Administer employee Recognition Program and Service Awards.
- Administer attendance warnings for all hourly employees.
- Coordinate, schedule and track training participation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Two (2) years of Human Resources experience.
- SAP HR systems experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with time sensitive and changing deadlines, without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills.
- Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to build professional relationships while facilitating a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self‑motivated, reliable.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and articulate ideas verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality about all HR matters.
The duties of this position are typically performed in an office setting.
Physical Requirements- Requires sitting at a desk for extended hours in front of a computer screen; communication typically occurs face to face, via email, telephone, and written correspondence.
- Ability to use other office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax machine, etc.
