Urgent Care- Advanced Practice Provider; FNP​/PA

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urgent Care (Multiple Locations)

Choose from Altus, Guymon, or Lawton, Oklahoma.

$65–$80 per hour, 7 shifts every two weeks. Productivity incentives, performance bonus opportunities, and potential relocation or signing bonus support for qualified candidates.

• 12‑hour shifts
• 7 shifts per 14‑day period
• Flexible scheduling options available

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff.

• Nurse Practitioner, preferably FNP, or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma license, or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration, or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS certification.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred but not required.
